Data Collection & Pupose

Personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds:

Contact & Billing Data (Name, email, country, address):

Processed to fulfill the coaching contract, manage subscriptions, and comply with international tax and bookkeeping laws

Health & Fitness Data (Weight, height, injuries, workout logs, nutrition, progress photos, and videos):

Processed solely to design and deliver personalized programs. This processing is based strictly on explicit consent, granted when submitting onboarding information and tracking data within the coaching application

Third-Party Sharing

Personal data is never sold. Data is only shared with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate the business and deliver the services, including secure cloud-based coaching platforms and payment gateways. The Client is also subject to the respective privacy policies of these third-party applications

Data Retention

Coaching & Health Data:

All coaching and health data will be deleted or disconnected from the coach profile within 6 months after the coaching relationship officially ends or is terminated due to a breach of terms

Financial Records:

Invoices and payment history are retained for 5 years to comply with applicable tax and bookkeeping laws

Legal Rights

Under the GDPR, individuals have the right to access, correct, restrict, or delete their personal data, and the right to withdraw consent to the processing of health data at any time
