PT HBCS TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern the international online coaching services provided by PT HBCS, hereafter referred to as The Coach. By purchasing a coaching program, completing onboarding forms, or utilizing the services, the buyer, hereafter referred to as The Client, agrees to these Terms

Services, Delivery & Intellectual Property

The Coach provides structured programs and online coaching, delivered digitally via third-party applications

Once The Client has selected their program and completed the checkout, the onboarding process will begin

The Client will receive an invitation email granting them access to the training platform, where they will need to create their profile

The training program cannot be created or assigned until The Client has completed the profile setup

Once the profile has been completed, the training program will be created and assigned

All Program content, materials, information, requirements, criteria, methodology, resources, member-only information, and any other aspect of the Program, level, or stage remain the exclusive intellectual property of The Coach. No rights are transferred to The Client. The Client is granted a personal, non-transferable, and revocable license for personal use only

The Client may identify only the name of the Program and their current level or stage within the Program, but shall not share, disclose, communicate, describe, copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, resell, or otherwise reveal any Program content, materials, information, requirements, criteria, methodology, resources, member-only information, or any other aspect of the Program, level, or stage, including, without limitation, what it includes, requires, entails, consists of, or does not include, require, entail, or consist of

The Client agrees to comply with all community, platform, group, and membership rules established by The Coach and made available to the Client. Such rules form part of this Agreement. Any breach of such rules shall constitute a breach of this Agreement

Any violation may result in immediate termination of services and platform access without refund

Payments, Subscriptions & Cancellation

All payments are processed upfront via a secure third-party payment gateway

Subscriptions are billed immediately upon checkout and renewed automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled

The Client can manage or cancel the subscription at any time via the Customer Portal. Cancellation must be completed prior to the scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle

Due to the digital nature of the services, all sales are final and non-refundable. No refunds or pro-rated refunds are issued for cancellations made mid-cycle

By completing the checkout, The Client requests immediate commencement of the setup process and explicitly waives their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal

The Coach is not acting as a medical doctor or other licensed healthcare professional. The services and information provided are for general educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Client should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing any exercise, nutrition, or wellness program

The Client confirms being in good health and having consulted a physician before starting any program

Physical exercise involves inherent risks. The Client voluntarily assumes all risks of injury, illness, or damage

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Coach is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages or health complications resulting from the coaching. This Agreement is governed exclusively by the laws and courts of Denmark
